Four Charges of $149, or Twenty-Four Years of Oklahoma's $25

Pay one annual fee — $99 — for registered agent representation in Oklahoma. The address goes on your filings, legal mail gets scanned same-day, and we remind you before state deadlines.

The house rule on this site is that we tell you whose house it is. OK Registered Agent.org provides Oklahoma registered agent service for $99 annually and profits if this page persuades you. Swyft Filings' rate is reproduced from their published terms as of a July 2026 check.

Where the Quarterly Model Actually Helps

Two fair points. Splitting a payment across four dates is easier on a young company's cash than one annual charge, and plenty of businesses genuinely prefer it. And Swyft states the period alongside the number rather than burying it, which is more than some subscriptions manage. Quarterly billing is a billing preference, not a deception, and we are not calling it one.

Set the Period Right Before You Compare

The comparison only goes wrong when the interval gets dropped. Swyft's $149 covers three months of agent service. Carried across a full year that comes to roughly $596, and our July 2026 review found no discounted opening year taking the edge off it.

Four charges of $149 feel smaller than one charge of $596 because they arrive one at a time. The total is identical. Anyone weighing Swyft against a service that quotes by the year has to do the multiplication first or the two numbers are not describing the same thing.

Oklahoma is a cheap state to keep a company alive in, which makes the contrast unusually sharp.

The Annual Certificate that keeps an LLC in good standing costs $25 a year. Filing Articles of Organization to create the company costs $100. Changing your registered agent costs $25. Those are the state's actual charges, printed on the state's own forms.

So one year of Swyft coverage is roughly twenty-four years of Annual Certificates. It is close to six years of our service. It is nearly six times what Oklahoma charged to bring the company into existence.

And the $25 filing being measured against all this is not trivial in consequence, only in price. An Annual Certificate still unfiled sixty days after the anniversary date costs the LLC its good standing under 18 O.S. § 2055.2, and continued silence eventually ends in cancellation. Cheap to file, expensive to skip, which is the opposite arrangement from a $596 subscription for an address.

The arithmetic cuts both ways, so note the number that goes against us: BetterLegal's posted $90 beats ours by nine dollars.

Twenty-Five Dollars Undoes a Swyft Filings Appointment

Oklahoma prices the exit at $25 on Form 0075, which the Secretary of State accepts as a mailed document or as an electronic entity change, and nothing about it requires cooperation from the agent you are leaving. Do it in the right order, though. Get the incoming agent named and accepted before you touch the Swyft subscription, because your appointment stays live on the state record until the change is processed, and cancelling a service before its replacement is on file leaves your company briefly unrepresented for no reason at all. Our change of agent page lays out the steps, and we handle the filing for anyone enrolling with us.

Worth adding for anyone mid-quarter: the $25 does not care where you are in Swyft's billing cycle, and waiting for the next invoice date saves nothing.

One Bill a Year

$99, charged once, renewing at $99. An Oklahoma street address absorbing the public exposure your home or office would otherwise take. Court papers imaged and sent up the same business day our office takes delivery. A reminder before your anniversary date arrives. A document archive that stays open. No quarterly cadence to annualize, because there is one charge and one number.

The Comparison, Stripped

Roughly $596 a year and $99 a year buy the identical statutory service in Oklahoma: an in-state address, business-hours availability, and prompt delivery of anything served. The difference is entirely in what the two vendors charge for it, and the difference is about five hundred dollars every year the company stays open.
